
23 months to the day since we last bought this coffee! It’s a natural ‘advanced fermentation’ Bourbon from Jhoan Vergara in Huila, Colombia. This coffee opened up so much on our second pass, going from some juicy soft peach and white flowers all the way to berries, rich and decadent chocolate cake and mousse texture - ripe berries and super sweetness all day! Can't wait 2 put this back on By The Cup :~)
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 1.5.2025.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
