A washed Maragogype from Don Ezequiel Diaz’ Plan Libertad in Chiapas, Mexico. It’s been a hot minute since we had coffee from Mexico around and we think this is just a lovely representation of what we love about Mexican coffee - sweet and crisp, silky and a subtle yet distinct acidity. We tasted cointreau, orange, dates, caramel whilst hot in a vibrant and rich cup!
Kawa was founded by Alexis Gagnaire and they roast in Paris, France. This coffee was roasted on 28.1.25
This coffee is 200g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
