A washed Pink Bourbon from Reinaldo Chilito’s ‘El Paraiso’ in El Purutal, San Agustin, Huila, Colombia. Cherries are fermented in cherry for 24 hours before being depulped and moved to a ceramic tank to ferment for another 24 hours, leading to a very juicy and expressive profile! We haven’t had a dud yet from the Chilito family, and in this Pink B we tasted marmalade, lime, cranberry whilst hot, and cool we found pineapple, tangerine, and red currant!

This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
