A natural processed lot of Ethiopian coffee varieties from Reshad Albuls in Agaro, Jimma. Reshad produces coffee with no electricity or water, focusing on traditional processing practices to create expressive and complex cups! We tasted peach, jasmine & cranberry whilst hot, cooling into a viscous mango, juicy peach and purple fruit extravaganza!
Coffee Collective was founded by 2006 World Barista Champion Klaus Thomsen as well as Peter Dupont and Casper Engel Rasmussen and they roast in Copenhagen, Denmark. This coffee was roasted on 14.10.25.
This coffee is 200g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
