A washed Pink Bourbon from Alirio Ortega’s ‘El Roble’ in Burselas, Huila, Colombia. If you’re reading this in alphabetical order, you’ll see we have both the Red and Pink B’s from El Roble, which is very neat! Mulberry is the word for this coffee, sticky, ripe and expressive, we found an intensely sweet profile of brown sugar, apples, musk, rose and oolong tea!
