A washed Pink Bourbon from Alirio Muñoz’ ‘El Roble’ in Bruselas, Huila, Colombia. We found an almost slightly funky profile whilst hot, transitioning into a super juicy, sticky profile cool. Muñoz produces coffee with his wife Anayibe Ortiz, and they both come from coffee producing families in southern Huila. This is just an excellent Pink B through-and-through, clean and nuanced just like we love from Prestin’s roasting. We tasted orange, yellow plum, kiwi and blackcurrant! Banger of a Pink B!
Flower Child was founded by Prestin Yoder and they roast in Oakland, California. This coffee was roasted on 31.3.2025.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 4 to 13 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container, and aiming for higher extractions while brewing. (See our Brew Guides for more info!)
