Chills. This is the kind of Brazilian coffee I just love to drink. Ripe sweetness, gentle fruitiness, smooth and chocolatey… Casa Almeida Barreto have produced an exceptional coffee here. Despite an extraordinarily challenging year for Brazilian coffee, the team here have produced a sweet crop, thanks to their unusually high altitude of 1200masl. We tasted a super clean berry profile, reminding us of nougat, brown sugar, lime whilst hot, and cool we found a stonefruit complexity, milk chocolate and pecan!
Swerl was founded by Beatriz Ferreira & Daniel and they roast in Faulkenberg, Sweden. This coffee was roasted on 22.9.2025.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
