So yeah, Cata Project have their own farm now and we are currently sitting two for two on the whacky coffee front. A semi-washed Pink B from their new estate in Pitalito, Colombia, and if you're also wondering what 'semi-washed' means, it means the coffees are oxidised in open tanks for 3 - 4 days before being depulped and washed before being dried for over two weeks. Volume II here had a unique gingery spiced complexity, alongside some vibrant tropical fruits, cherry and strawberry! Very cool!
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 28.1.2026.
This coffee is 200g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
