A natural procesed Sidra from Cafe Granja La Esperanza's 'Potosí' farm in Cauca, Colombia. Another release we look forward to seeing each year, this is one mighty fine representation of the Bourbon - Typica hybrid we all know and love. Whilst hot, we found an extremely clean and vivid stonefruit profile, encased in clean florals. As it cooled... i mean... ripe blackberries, tropical fruits going crazy, plum, heavy sweetness with complex raspberry undertones... It's a tasty one!!!
