A washed Catimor from Jobneel C. Dios' El Cielito in Santa Barbara, Honduras. You might recognise that name from the farm Finca Nacimiento, which is also owned by Dios! This is one of the nicest expressions of Catimor we've ever tried: winey, vibrant, silky and juicy as, this coffee reminds us of raspberry, and wine gums in a lightly herbaceous and juicy body!
