Is it weird to think of coffees as 'old friends'? We did one of our very first pop-ups with coffees from Finca La Fuente, and they're always welcome additions when we're buying coffees from Koppi. This is the point in the paragraph where I say that we're drinking a Pink Bourbon from Yobani Ramos & Yaved Guarnizo's 'Finca La Fuente' in Tarqui, Colombia. Once again, we're finding an elegant and juicy expression of the Pink Bourbon variety, reminding us of red fruits in a floral and complex cup!
Koppi was founded by former Swedish Barista and Brewers Cup Champion, Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand, and they roast in Helsingborg, Sweden. This coffee was roasted between 24.4.24.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
