A red honey Caturra from the Inga Community in Nariño, Colombia. We've had a few coffees from the Aponte Community in the past and they have been nothing short of delightful. The crops are relatively new, due to a complicated history of a marginalised community in a remote and turbulent area of Colombia, but thanks to high altitudes and the careful love from Koppi, the quality is remarkable. We found a ripe and juicy profile, reminding us of sweet pineapple, watermelon and juicy white grape!
Koppi was founded by former Swedish Barista and Brewers Cup Champion, Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand, and they roast in Helsingborg, Sweden. This coffee was roasted between 2.5.2024
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
