
A washed blend of Red + Pink Bourbon from Elias Roa & Bellanid Sanchez’ ‘Finca Tamana’ in El Pital, Huila, Colombia. This is just a really lowkey combination of some Red Bourbon planted by Tim with the team in 2014/15, mixed in with some random Pink B trees that were growing on the farm as well. We found a really expressive and floral cup here, bright with a rhubarb complexity, white flowers and a tropical, sherbety acidity!
