A washed Bourbon lot from remarkable 29 year old producer Ylder Herrera in Lonya Granda, Amazonas, Peru. This is our second year with this coffee and we couldn't be happier! This year we've found a crisp and floral cup with a unique and complex sweetness, reminding us of plum, lemon and balanced sweetness. Last year coffees from Peru wowed us, going above and beyond expectation, and we're hoping this coffee is a good sign that we're in for another cracker year from Peru.
Koppi was founded by former Swedish Barista and Brewers Cup Champion, Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand, and they roast in Helsingborg, Sweden. This coffee was roasted between 2.5.2024
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
