A washed selection of the usual Kenyan varieties from the Gachatha Washing Station in Nyeri, Kenya. From the outside there isn't much that makes one Washing Station overtly stand out from another, but it's the inner and community focus work that leads to some performing exceedingly well - such as sharing farmer knowledge, distributing shade tree seedlings and of course, managing careful and consistent fermentations in their coffee factories. This season of Kenya is so dynamic and delightful, and we are #blessed as always to have Tim's latest: we tasted a silky and fruity profile of raspberry, reds currant and caramel whilst hot, cooling toward a pointed and expressive acidity, bestowing even more red berries and plum with a super sweet and explosive acidity.
Tim Wendelboe was founded by - you guessed it - Tim Wendelboe, and they roast in Oslo, Norway. This coffee was roasted on 16.9.2026.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
