An anaerobic washed Castillo variety from Wilton Benitez’ Granja Paraiso in Huila, Colombia. We found a really fresh but unique coffee - with a heavy emphasis on unique. Our tasting notes roamed between lime, passionfruit, and wild berries. A super unique coffee from a super unique roaster and an incredible producer!
People Possession was born out of a desire for the finest and most unique roasted coffee beans possible and they roast in Paris, France. This coffee was roasted on 23.4.24.
This coffee is 200g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
