A washed Sidra from Guillermo Lomas in Loja, Ecuador. This is one of the most remarkable Sidras we've had in a while - super clean and distinct flavours, straddling the line between purple fruit sweetness and tropical acidities with a silky, buttery mouthfeel that is really something else. We tasted berries, tropical acidities and caramel!
