A natural selection from the Hambela Washing Station in Guji, Ethiopia. Hambela has long producing the lush, layered aromatics that we remember from our favourite Ethiopians 10 years ago. Well today you can find this gr9 value, unassuming lil lot that reminded us of berries, brightness and lavender on the first pass, shifting to a lemon cheesecake situation on the cool pass!
