Wb Milky Cake. A bit more Diego Bermudez for today, this one coming from his very own Finca El Paraiso. This is a classic of the Dak coffee program, and a delectable and unique, yet approachable and juicy coffee all at once. This time around we tasted cardamom, maple syrup and some vanilla, with a seemingly juicy texture. Always a pleasure.
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 1.5.2025.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
