Hi there, I see you’re interested in this coffee. It’s absolutely electric. Of course it should be, it’s a washed Gesha from Janson Estates, lot 883 specifically which was grown in volcanic soil around 17-1800masl, depulped and carefully dried, as you would bloody hope for a coffee of this price. We found a beautiful representation of Janson’s coffees here, leading with that juicy grape sensation before moving in the direction of mangosteen (like fairy floss meets a lychee and together they make a magic plum), tangerine and honey.
ULT was founded by Boram Um, Takahiro Tsujimoto and Marcia Yoko and they roast in Osaka, Japan. This coffee was roasted on 2.6.2026.
This coffee is 100g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container. Please use cooler water, around 90-93ºC.
