A washed lot from Jenaro Burbano in the San Agustin region of Huila, Colombia. We have had many many many coffees from the Burbano family and when they keep tasting this good we’ll keep on buying them. Jenaro’s coffee was sweet like dates and caramel, but yielding complex florals and acidities that reminded us of orange blossom, jasmine and pineapple.

This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
