A washed selection from the Rumudamo Washing Station in Arbegona, Ethiopia. Rumudamo wo the inaugural Ethiopian Cup of Excellence program which was super cool, and indicative of the direction Ethiopian coffee would be heading, as producers head higher and higher to find more habitable zones to grow coffee, we also get the unexpected benefit of more dense and complex flavours from such altitudes. I didn't get a chance to cup this one, but Daks' notes were lemon, nectarine and wildflowers (checks out).
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 20.6.2026.
This coffee is 125g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
