An anaerobic natural Sudan Rume from Max Salazar Rodriguez’ ‘Los Cirprices’ in West Valley, Costa Rica. Salazar produced a natural lot that was roasted by MOK about 4 years ago, which turned out to be the first time I’d ever tasted Sudan Rume. Since that experience, I’ve savoured tasting this coffee variety, enjoying and contrasting the intricacies and differences between expressions. We taste here a complex cup, finishing with praline and a bright herbaceousness (as we come to expect from this variety). The body is intense, creamy and textural, and the brightness sways from flowers to currants.
People Possession was born out of a desire for the finest and most unique roasted coffee beans possible and they roast in Paris, France. This coffee was roasted on 19.3.25.
This coffee is 200g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
