A honey processed Bourbon Elite from the legendary Los Pirineos in Usulutan, El Salvador. This is one of those farms we just endeavour to feature whenever humanly possible - we love their simple yet complex flavours and we love the effort and consistency from their coffees. This lot is super sweet and comforting, whilst retaining that classic 'Tim Wendelboe' clarity. We tasted a nutty and balanced expression, with a little juice and chocolate to boot!

This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
