A washed Pink Bourbon from Luis Aguirre is Villahermosa, Tolima, Colombia. Aguirre began growing Pink Bourbon seeds after hearing of the higher quality variety fetching better prices for producers in his area, and this lot in particular stood out during the crafting of a community co-op blend! We found a striated sweetness somewhat like a Russian honey cake, reminding us of dark chocolate, peach and violet jam in a moreish and sweet profile.
