A natural Gesha from Finca Santa Teresa in Santa Clara, Panama. Finca Santa Teresa (FST) is actually from Toby's Estate founder Toby Smith, and they have been producing some marvelous GESH. This one is complex, juicy and expressive, our team tasted a wide variety of flavours and we all were gushing over it. We tasted rosewater, apricot, mango, but the complexity was wide and enticing, with plenty of florals and tropical fruits floating around!
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 28.3.2025.
This coffee is 60g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
