‘Huh’ was the first thing I wrote with this coffee - followed by ‘Floral, but wild and really crazy’. This is an anaerobic natural slow dry (in a dark room, apparently) Wush Wush from Maruicio Shattah’s Finca la Negrita in Huila, Colombia and it’s one heck of a unique coffee. We tasted tropical acidities, green jelly babies, florals, dried mango, and white sugar!
People Possession was born out of a desire for the finest and most unique roasted coffee beans possible and they roast in Paris, France. This coffee was roasted on 19.4.24.
This coffee is 100g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
