Our first feature of the SL28 variety from Honduras and from Jobneel Dios’ ‘Finca Nacimiento’. This coffee has an intensity we rarely see from Tim Wendelboe, to put it frankly. It is extremely berry forward, complex and vibrant. On the cupping table it stood out for its berry and mango vibe, presenting extremely ripe fruits and reminding us a little of stonefruit and mango qualities as well. Whilst hot it had more of a floral, honey and fig vibe, and brewed through batch we tasted an unrelenting berry focus, winey acidity and lingering, juicy aftertaste.
Tim Wendelboe was founded by - you guessed it - Tim Wendelboe, and they roast in Oslo, Norway. This coffee was roasted on 12.2.25.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
