If you are not spending Christmas drinking delicious filter coffee by a beach in Mexico, maybe you can close your eyes, load up a ‘Relaxing Beach Sounds’ playlist and drink this coffee from the Nindo Ndaje’ Cooperative in Sierra Mazateca, Oaxaca, Mexico. It’s a washed field blend involving Typica, Bourbon and Mundo Novo, grown between 1200 and 1600masl. This lot has always been a crowd-and-barista-favourite here at BEDST, and this years harvest reminded us of pineapple snack chocolate, marmalade and toffee!
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 11.11.2025.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
