An Anaerobic Washed ‘Catiope’ lot from Elkin Guzman in Huila, Colombia. Catiope is a hybrid between Caturra and an Ethiopian coffee variety! This particular lot is extremely floral and we found it almost a little hard to describe (but most certainly not in a bad way!) We tasted florals, passionfruit and white chocolate, or at least that was the best unison of words we could find to sum up this beautiful coffee!
People Possession was born out of a desire for the finest and most unique roasted coffee beans possible and they roast in Paris, France. This coffee was roasted on 22.4.24.
This coffee is 200g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
