A natural ‘XO’ San Juan variety from none other than Cafe Granja La Esperanza in Valle del Cauca, Colombia. A coffee farm that regularly features on the WBC and WBrC stage for a good reason! The San Juan variety is a mutation of Mundo Novo, Red Bourbon and Maragogype, fermented in their signature ‘XO’ process - a long temperature controlled ferment followed by a slow sun-dry. The results are a juicy and wild coffee with a complex flavour and an electric aftertaste. It reminds us of ripe berries, green tea and candy!
People Possession was born out of a desire for the finest roasted coffee beans possible and they roast in Paris, France. This coffee was roasted on 22.4.24.
This coffee is 100g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
