A washed Red Bourbon from Muraho Trading Co. in Nyabihu Region, Rwanda. This isn't our first time buying the remarkable and high altitude coffees from the Shyira Washing Station. This roast from La Cabra was "so good", as per our cupping notes. We found a sparkling and balanced profile, floral and bright without being overpowering or too soft in any way.
La Cabra was founded by Esben Piper, and they roast bright, seasonal lots in Copenhagen, Denmark 🐐✨ This coffee was roasted on 1.5.2024.
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
