An anaerobic natural selection from the Rumudamo Washing Station in Arbegona, Ethiopia. Arbegona is such an interesting region for Ethiopian coffees and we are pleased as punch to continue buying coffees from Rumudamo - especially coffees like this which are a little more unique in the field of Eths! Jelly definitely was hitting here, but heads up, we didn’t get a massive ‘strawberry’ vibe. Instead we found a rum raisin richness, mango, plum and honeycomb vibes!

This coffee is 200g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
