A washed Gesha from Yeisson Fabian's 'Finca El Vergel' in Acevedo, Huila, Colombia. We learned that this coffee was facilitated by the Sudus Coffee Project, setup to collaborate and give bonuses to producers who grow coffee using rich bio-agricultural practices. We're not familiar with Fabian's coffees but we thought this was a vivid and complex Gesh! We tasted white flowers, herbal florals, forest berries in a tea-like and perfectly resolved expression.
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 2.7.2026.
This coffee is 125g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
