A washed selection from Tadesse Hanka in Bombe, Bensa, Sidama, Ethiopia. Hanka farms in a village called Bombe, which gathers cherries from some of the highest growing coffee trees in Ethiopia. Coffees from this village and region are always among our favourites for their dynamic acidities, and we found this washed lot to be balancing mango pineapple and berry sundae on the hot pass, and as it cooled we were reminded of raspberry and white grape in a layered and complex expression.

This coffee is 125g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
