A natural selection from Negussie Tadesse in Dakiti, Kaffa, Ethiopia. This has been one of the most important coffees in BEDST history, as we served it on our first day of trade in the cafe almost two years ago. This coffee is consistently expressive - soft and floral berries, extremely ripe yet perfectly balanced in its character. A perfect berry forward natural Ethiopian in our experience, this time it reminded us of blueberries, semi ripe peach with a gentle spiced character on the aftertaste.

This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
