It's been a quiet year for us featuring Rwanda, an origin that has so much potential! This all changes with our new feature of The Alchemist, a natural experimental lot from the Gasharu Washing Station in Nyamasheke, Rwanda. We were all pretty surprised to see this coffee on the reveal, after it drew us in with its sweet and funky complexity. Whilst hot we tasted dark cherries in that mango/winey/funky acidity, and a silken 'Milky Way' body that was truly delightful. Second pass we tastedblackberry, chocolate, plum and nougat for a clean and salivating expression!

This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
