An anaerobic honey processed Villa Sarchi variety from Alejo Castro Kahle's 'Finca Volcan Azul' in West Valley, Costa Rica. We have been working with Castro Kahle's coffees with BEDST for over 5 years now, and it's a delight to see what exciting new concoctions Volcan Azul constantly put out. This Villa Sarchi variety underwent a sealed fermentation after depulping lightly to have a whole heap of fuel for the fermentation. Whilst hot we are reminded of lychee and raspberry and as it cools the flavour expands to purple fruits, grapefruit and violet in a funky and sweet profile!

This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
