A washed Pink Bourbon & Geisha lot from Daniel Munoz's 'Villa Camilla' in Huila, Colombia. Munoz took over the farm in 2012, replacing the 'crammed' old crops with higher quality varieties like Pink Bourbon and Geisha (like this lot here!). Koppi have been working with Munoz since 2018 but this is our first time buying this coffee and to be honest we were super impressed! We found a bright, floral and peachy lot that reminded us of pineapple, papaya and tea!
Koppi was founded by former Swedish Barista and Brewers Cup Champion, Anne Lunell and Charles Nystrand, and they roast in Helsingborg, Sweden. This coffee was roasted between 2.5.2024
This coffee is 250g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
