A washed Variedad Colombia from Yaved Guarzino & Yobani Ramos’s Finca La Fuente in Tarqui, Huila, Colombia. Whilst some people may think of v.Colombia as a “boring” variety, I think it’s the kind of coffee that reveals a sweet, juicy and complex flavour profile when grown and fermented with care. This lot sang with an unexpected complexity on the cupping table, resting toward a sweet, comforting and chocolatey profile: forest berries, lemon and black tea, cooling toward fresh peach, raspberry and plum.
Quo was founded by Christian Gullbrandsson, and they roast in Tjörn, Sweden. This coffee was roasted on 26.8.26.
This coffee is 200g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
