A washed Pink Bourbon from Yaved Guarzino & Yobani Ramos’s Finca La Fuente in Tarqui, Huila, Colombia. Ethiopian by nature, this Pink B yielded a complexity atune to FLF’s rigorous fermentation and harvesting practices. Extremely high clarity, we found peach iced tea and fig whilst hot, cooling toward a sweet apricot, fruit tea and cane sugar profile.
