
They call it a washed ‘cold press’ Sudan Rume, but I don’t know what that means. The producers are Finca La Riviera - who we have grown to know as producers of very fruity coffees. This Sudan Rume is really quite something, however. We tasted blackcurrant, lime and lychee in this very unique and delightful coffee!
Dak was founded by Louis-Philippe Boucher and Veronique Lagarde, and they roast in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. This coffee was roasted on 16.4.2025.
This coffee is 125g. We recommend drinking it 3 to 12 weeks after roast, and storing in an airtight container.
